Overview

Just Thynk ("we", "us", "our") sells digital products only. Because our products are delivered electronically, there's no physical shipping, postage, or delivery charge. This policy explains how and when you'll receive what you've purchased.

How delivery works

Once your payment is confirmed, your product is made available to you electronically, usually by:

  • an instant download link on the order confirmation page; and/or
  • a link or file sent to the email address you provided at checkout; and/or
  • access through your account, where relevant.

Delivery timeframe

Delivery is usually immediate. In most cases you'll be able to download or access your product straight after checkout. Occasionally there may be a short delay while your payment is processed — if this happens, your product will be available as soon as the payment clears.

Delivery costs

There are no shipping or delivery fees, as nothing is physically shipped.

What you'll need

To receive and use your product, please make sure you:

  • enter a valid email address at checkout;
  • check your spam or junk folder if you don't see our email; and
  • have the software, hardware, and skills described in the product details.

If you don't receive your product

If you haven't received your product within a reasonable time, or your download link isn't working, please contact us at tahlia@justthynk.com.au with your name and order number. We'll get your product to you as quickly as we can.

Incorrect details

Please double-check your email address before completing your purchase. If you enter it incorrectly, contact us and we'll help resend your product to the correct address.
